4. Referral Tracking & Data Privacy

BNP tracks generated revenue ("Closed Business") and referrals strictly for internal metric tracking and aggregate public display (e.g. "$2M closed this year"). We never publicly disclose the exact dollar amount of individual transactions passed between specific members without explicit consent.

5. Terms of Use / Website Access

This website is provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The Members Portal area is restricted to active, dues-paying members only. Sharing login credentials to the portal may result in immediate revocation of membership.
